Whats a good conditioner for damaged hair?

I used to have my naturally dark brown hair heavily highlighted. I got tired of the maintainance and dyed it over with a permanent dark brown dye. My hair overall looks good when its styled but you can see the major damage when i let it go naturally curly! it is so frizzy!

Can anyone suggest a good deep conditioner for overly processed hair? or an at home reipe?

i highly recommend any products from matrix or joico...i use a whole hair reconstruction set by joico that has done wonders for my hair. i also would suggest hot oil treaments...and only wahs your hair every other day. cut down on the heat styling too...it destroys your hair. good luck :)

for the frizz id use john friedas line for frzzy hair and for the damage id ask a hair stylist but i like biolage for my hair

Kerastase works wonders! I have dry curly hair and have tried tons of products. Kerastase is the only product that really conditioned my hair. It has completely changed my hair for the better. Definately worth the money. They have several different kinds for all types of hair so you should be able to find one for you!

I'd recommend Aussie conditioner, it's really good and about 鎷?. There's one for luscious long hair - in need of a good treat, and one for coloured hair which also helps the hair. It works great for me and left my hair feeling silky. They also do shampoo but that isn't as good, and they do leave-in conditioner for it to work longer which is really good.
