How do you fix medium blonde highlighted hair that was processed too long?

What is the problem dryness? You will have to condition it, hot oil treatments.. Try not to add hairsprays.. and other chemicals that will dry it even further. No curling iron either. Give it a chance to recondition itself..

Once your hair is burnt from chemicals, it is permanately burt. You can only disguise the burn dry hair, with moisturizers, until it grows out.

If your hair is to light, then add a toner...to tame down the color.

There is also a product out called Redken Extreme try it... Its a bit pricey but worth it.
