I have darker brown hair - was highlighted months ago and dyed back to brown. Has anyone tried any certain brand of hair color (not bleach) to highlight your hair in a nice subtle fashion? I was thinking Feria Multi-faceted shimmering hair color but havent used it on myself - just friends. And if anyone has used this particular hair color by Loreal, what shade of brown did you like b/c there's soo many to choose from!

I can suggest that you DO NOT use "Sun In". I tried it to lighten my brown hair. It lightened it, but it feels like straw.
Try one of the hair color products that is not permanent. One you dye your hair--you know what roots look like when your hair starts to grow out. If you go with a permanent hair color, you'll have to keep coloring--or shave your hair all off like me and Brittany!
