My hair is dark brown naturally and I'm sick of it. I want to make it lighter.
I want to dye it a warm medium brown. And after that I want to put in caramel blonde highlights. Is it possible to highlight over hair that is dyed, right after you dye it. It won't make my highlights orange or anything will it?
Also, my eyebrows are the same color as my hair, dark brown/black. I know yu can't dye your eyebrows, but is there any safe way to lighten them?

If you don't use haircolor containing peroxide, you can highlight immediately after coloring it, Hon....like the L'Oreal kits that contain both the basecolor and highlight color. While I don't color my hair now, I have successfully used this kit in the past, with no ill efects on my hair.
Your eyebrows should actually be a bit darker than your hair color, Hon, but if they look too dark to you, try this old trick; when you apply foundation, just rub a little of it into your eyebrows (against the growth of the hair.) It lightens them instantly!
Dying hair?
For so many questions, I don't think you are capable of attempting this on your own. Can't you find a professional to do this for you?? Not trying to sound mean, but honestly. This is a lot to attempt for someone who has no experience in dying hair. And truly, most self-inflicted hair-dye and highlighting jobs look self-inflicted. Save up your money and go to a PRO.
You will be SO THANKFUL you did!!
